Crown Campaign Consulting, a division of Cinder and Crown LLC, wants everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology.
1. Target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We test with automated checks (axe-core), Lighthouse, keyboard-only navigation, mobile layouts, and reduced-motion settings before changes go live.
2. What the site does
- A "Skip to content" link, labeled page regions, and a logical heading order on every page.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, background particles, the scrolling ticker, floating labels, reveal animations, and the custom cursor are turned off or shown still.
- The scrolling ticker has a pause button and pauses while you hover over or focus it.
- If your device asks for more contrast, text and borders get stronger.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced to screen readers.
- No CAPTCHA puzzles.
3. Known limitations
Decorative motion is a deliberate part of the design. If any of it gets in your way, or if anything else on the site is hard to use, please tell us.
4. Feedback and help
Email nicholas.will@cinderandcrown.com with the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 business days. If the form does not work for you, you may email your application details to the same address instead.
