These terms govern your use of crowncampaignconsulting.com (the "site"), operated by Crown Campaign Consulting, a division of Cinder and Crown LLC, Dallas, Texas ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to them.
1. Applications
- Submitting an application does not create a client, agency, or consulting relationship, and does not oblige either side to anything. A relationship exists only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
- We decide in our sole discretion which races to take. We may not reply to every application, and there is no automated reply.
- Send only what is needed to describe your race. Do not send confidential strategy, opposition material, or anything you are not authorized to share. Information sent before an agreement is not treated as confidential, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that what you submit is accurate and that you are at least 18.
2. No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any election outcome, vote total, fundraising result, or other result. Elections depend on voters and on many factors outside anyone's control.
3. Information on the site
Site content is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, or campaign-finance advice. Campaigns are responsible for their own compliance with election and campaign-finance law, including Texas Ethics Commission and Federal Election Commission rules. Past engagements listed on the site describe races and types of work only.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no automated or bulk submissions, false applications, attempts to access the private dashboard or storage, interference with the site's security or operation, or unlawful use.
5. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, and the crown mark belong to Cinder and Crown LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than viewing and printing pages for personal reference.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cinder and Crown LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute about the site lies in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
